AeroBuddy is not operated by a company or commercial business and there is currently no charge to use the service.

For UK data protection purposes, I am responsible for the personal information processed through AeroBuddy.

When you create and use an AeroBuddy account, I may collect:

Your email address is used to create and manage your AeroBuddy account.

The aircraft information and associated dates are used to provide the aircraft management and reminder features of AeroBuddy.

AeroBuddy does not ask you to provide payment card information because the service is currently free to use.

I do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as health information, financial information or identity documents.

When you use AeroBuddy, certain technical information may be processed automatically by the systems used to operate the application.

This may include information such as:

• Technical information required to operate and secure the application

Some of this information may be collected or processed by Base44, the platform used to build and operate AeroBuddy.

• Provide reminders about aircraft servicing
• Operate and maintain AeroBuddy

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

I process your personal information where it is necessary to provide the AeroBuddy service you have chosen to use.

For example, your email address is necessary to create and manage your account, while your aircraft registration and relevant due dates are necessary to provide AeroBuddy's aircraft management and reminder features.

I may also process information where this is necessary for my legitimate interests, such as:

• Maintaining the security of AeroBuddy

AeroBuddy is built and operated using Base44.

Base44 provides the technology platform and infrastructure used to operate the application and may process personal information submitted through AeroBuddy on my behalf.

Base44 acts as a processor of personal data for application creators, while I remain responsible for determining how and why personal data is processed.

Base44 may also use its own service providers and subprocessors to provide its platform services.

I will not sell your personal information to third parties.

I may disclose information where I am legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid legal request from a court, regulator or law-enforcement authority.

Because AeroBuddy uses Base44 and its supporting infrastructure, your information may be processed outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law.

I take reasonable steps to protect the information held by AeroBuddy against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

The application infrastructure is provided through Base44, which maintains technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data.

However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should also take reasonable steps to protect access to your email account and AeroBuddy account.

Your information is retained while you have an active AeroBuddy account and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service.

If you request deletion of your account, I will take reasonable steps to delete your personal information, subject to information that may need to be retained for legal reasons or that remains temporarily in system backups.

Under applicable UK data protection law, you may have rights including:
