Welcome to AeroBuddy (“the Service”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AeroBuddy, including the AeroBuddy website, mobile applications and associated services.

By creating an account or using AeroBuddy, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

AeroBuddy is operated by Ugur Tokgoz, an individual based in England, United Kingdom.

Throughout these Terms, “AeroBuddy”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Ugur Tokgoz as the operator of the Service.

AeroBuddy is an online platform designed to assist aircraft owners and syndicates with:

• Aircraft syndicate management
• Aircraft bookings
• Flight logging
• Aircraft defect reporting
• Member management
• Aircraft information storage
• Related aviation administration

AeroBuddy is intended solely as an organisational and record-keeping tool.

You confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• the information you provide is accurate;
• you will keep your account details up to date;
• you have the authority to use any aircraft information you upload.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
• all activity carried out using your account;
• ensuring your contact information remains accurate.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree that you will not:

• upload unlawful material;
• upload malicious software;
• interfere with the operation of AeroBuddy;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account;
• use automated software to scrape data;
• impersonate another individual;
• upload false or misleading aircraft records;
• use the Service for fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

AeroBuddy is not:

• an approved maintenance management system;
• an electronic technical log;
• a certified aircraft logbook;
• a certified pilot logbook;
• a flight planning service;
• an airworthiness management system;
• an engineering record system;
• an operational control system.

AeroBuddy does not verify:

• aircraft condition;
• aircraft maintenance status;
• pilot qualifications;
• aircraft legality;
• airworthiness;
• regulatory compliance.

Flight logs stored within AeroBuddy are provided for convenience only.

AeroBuddy does not guarantee that stored flight logs satisfy the requirements of:

• the UK Civil Aviation Authority;
• EASA;
• ICAO;
• any other aviation authority.

Users remain responsible for maintaining any legally required pilot logbooks or aircraft records.

AeroBuddy provides booking tools only.

A booking recorded within AeroBuddy does not:

• grant permission to fly;
• confirm aircraft availability;
• confirm aircraft airworthiness;
• confirm maintenance compliance.

Booking disputes remain the responsibility of syndicate members.

Defect reports rely entirely upon information entered by users.

AeroBuddy cannot guarantee:

• all defects have been reported;
• reports are accurate;
• reports are complete;
• reported defects have been rectified.

Information contained within AeroBuddy does not constitute:

• maintenance advice;
• engineering advice;
• legal advice;
• aviation safety advice;
• operational advice.

Users must make their own operational decisions.

You retain ownership of all content that you upload.

By uploading information you grant AeroBuddy a non-exclusive licence to store, display and process that information solely for the operation of the Service.

You warrant that you have the right to upload any information submitted.

All intellectual property relating to AeroBuddy, including but not limited to:

• software;
• databases;
• logos;
• branding;
• graphics;
• user interface;
• source code;
• documentation,

remains the property of Ugur Tokgoz unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute or reverse engineer any part of AeroBuddy except where permitted by law.

AeroBuddy may accept voluntary donations to assist with operating costs.

Donations:

• are entirely voluntary;
• do not create ownership rights;
• do not entitle the donor to additional services unless expressly stated;
• are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

AeroBuddy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access;
• error-free operation;
• compatibility with every device;
• permanent availability;
• permanent storage of uploaded data.

Maintenance or outages may occur without prior notice.

Whilst reasonable measures are taken to protect stored information, AeroBuddy does not guarantee that data will never be lost.

Users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own copies of important records.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroBuddy and Ugur Tokgoz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from the use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• aircraft damage;
• personal injury;
• death;
• financial loss;
• business interruption;
• incorrect bookings;
• missed maintenance;
• inaccurate flight logs;
• inaccurate defect reports;
• loss of data;
• regulatory action;
• fuel planning errors;
• scheduling conflicts.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AeroBuddy and Ugur Tokgoz against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts where users:

• breach these Terms;
• misuse the Service;
• engage in unlawful activity;
• attempt to compromise the security of AeroBuddy.

Your use of AeroBuddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

We may amend these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are significant, users will be notified through the Service or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of AeroBuddy constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
